Okay, so you’ve done the research…you know who your ideal client is, you know how to find them, but for some reason, they just aren’t showing up for your help. So now what?

It’s time to dive a little deeper into how to capture your ideal client’s attention in this overcrowded marketplace.


I have put together my top 5 tips to help you out!

Cater Your Content to Your Ideal Client
If you have a specific, ideal persona of a client in mind, you need to ensure that the content you’re putting out there is something that will capture their attention & that they will find interesting and valuable! Posting any old thing won’t do the trick, you need to be strategic and post helpful advice that will trigger in their mind ‘wow, she seems super helpful – I’ll reach out to her to book a call!’ Don’t just promote yourself 24/7, provide value, value and more value. Eg; If you’re a Social Media Manager, share super helpful Instagram tips for growth or content! Don’t worry about putting too much out there for free. It builds trust. Your ideal client will start thinking ‘Wow, if she puts this much out for free, I can only imagine how valuable her paid services will be!’

Share Your Work and Client Testimonials
Before someone thinks about hiring you, they will more than likely always want to see a sneak peak of what you can do & have to offer! Post snippets of your work and client testimonials from past clients – this helps build trust and shows off your amazing work & awesome skillset! Try creating an Instagram highlight full of client testimonials and examples of your awesome work!

Offer a Freebie
Offering a freebie like a helpful E-BOOK guide or planner, a free set of post templates or even just some free advice from yourself is a great way of capturing your ideal client’s attention! Offer a Free Consultation or Discovery Call
Add this to your Instagram or Facebook BIO – always have a link and CTA in your bio for someone to book a FREE consultation or discovery call with you! Have something like ‘Book a free consult and discover how to grow your biz in months instead of years’ otherwise, they may lose interest if they can’t spot how to get in touch with you! Make is very clear how they can work with you and what results you promise.

Post an Ad
Try promoting one of your posts on Instagram, one that got high engagement and provides value to your ideal client (check your IG stats for this info)! When creating your promotion, you can select the interests of the person who will see it – this will show your promoted post to your ideal client, as if it’s something they’ll find valuable, it’ll be sure to capture their attention! Use Facebook Ads Manager as well to build ads that will reach multiple platforms!

Try using these steps each week and your ideal clients will start showing up more and more. Remember – consistency is key!
