One of the biggest challenges I see when it comes to health is the overwhelming amount of information out there, the conflicting fad diets, the “experts” that all have their own opinion on what works and what doesn’t. It’s no wonder people are so confused and lost when it comes to taking back control of their own health. When you’re overwhelmed and confused – it’s hard to even get started.

I don’t believe there’s one magic diet that fits all. I don’t believe you need to kill yourself in the gym or spend hours in the kitchen creating healthy meals.

I’m all about adopting QUICK SIMPLE health habits that stick.

We all know we should be eating clean and working out BUT common sense isn’t common practice. I don’t care how much you know; I care about how often you take action.
